SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece of Bona China is made by hand in Somerset.

Due to this, your order may take up to four weeks for us to make, but good things are worth the wait.

Orders for our Clearance lines should reach you within 7 days. However this cannot be guaranteed.

We ship all over the world (excluding Russia) but international orders will take a little longer to arrive.

Orders over £75 (excluding P&P) are shipped free to the UK Mainland*, Northern Ireland*, and Channel Islands*.

All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

*we cannot accept orders which are to be dispatched via freight forwarder.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify Bona China within 14 days of receipt by one of the following means: by using our contact link or by telephone on +44 (0)7723 515250. We will then advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us quickly and safely. We would ask that you take good care of the goods whilst in your possession and that they are unused and returned to us in the original packaging.

If you wish to return the goods (except when defective) then you will be required to pay the return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods (not including delivery charges). If any goods are received in a faulty condition then please contact us on +44 (0)7723 515250 to discuss return options.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and within 14 days of the order cancellation.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
