Our products are microwave and dishwasher safe – except gilded items which have a metallic finish. Each individual design description will confirm this information. Whist Bona China ware is a robust product, we recommend using low temperatures and liquid detergents when washing, or alternatively washing by hand and drying with a soft cloth. Bona China ware is unsuitable for oven and freezer use.

Each piece is decorated by hand using designs from an eclectic mix of unique transfers. This means no two pieces will be identical and even when you select from a defined collection, there will always be minor variations from the images shown on the website. This is what makes Bona China distinct and truly unique.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Every piece of Bona China ware is individually hand-decorated in Somerset, England.  Because of this, your order may take up to a week for us to make if we do not already have one in stock.  Rest assured we will begin work on your order as soon as it is received.

Orders for our Clearance lines should reach you within seven days. However, this cannot be guaranteed.  We ship all over the world (excluding Russia) but international orders will take a little longer to arrive.
