Our products are microwave and dishwasher safe – except gilded items which have a metallic finish. Each individual design description will confirm this information. We recommend using low temperatures and liquid detergents when washing, or alternatively washing by hand and drying with a soft cloth. Bona China ware is unsuitable for oven and freezer use.

Each piece is decorated by hand using designs from an eclectic mix of unique motifs. Many designs use an array of vintage and contemporary print which makes them completely unique.

Every item of Bona China is UK-made and hand decorated in deepest Somerset. Due to this, your order may take up to three weeks for us to design and make… depending on order quantity. Most items we have in stock for immediate shipping.

Orders for our Clearance lines should reach you within 5 working days. We ship all over the world (excluding Russia) but international orders might take a little longer to arrive.
